RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be returned within the applicable return window.
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Returns Within 15 Days of Delivery

Items returned within 15 days of the delivery date are eligible for your choice of:

  • Full refund to the original payment method
  • Exchange for another item or size (subject to availability)
  • Store credit

Returns Between 16–30 Days of Delivery

Items returned between 16 and 30 days of the delivery date are eligible for:

  • Store credit only

Refunds and exchanges are not available for returns received after 15 days from the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without original tags and packaging

Processing Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed promptly after inspection.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.
